Biomes

Biomes are environments that you have to restore in Terra Nil, the Terra Nil Demo and the Terra Nil Prototype during Tier 2. Each biome has specific requirements depending on the Region that are being restored in.

Forest		Temperate		Build an Arboretum on a burnt building. Surrounding Ash tiles are converted to Forest.
Fynbos		Temperate		Build a Beehive on a pine tree. Surrounding Greenery tiles are converted to Fynbos.
Wetland		Temperate		Build a Hydroponium on an Irrigator. Surrounding Greenery tiles are converted to Wetland.
Rocky Scrubland		Temperate		Build a Chaparrallum on a Toxin Scrubber that is near cliffs.
Beach		Tropical		Build a Littarium on a Toxin Scrubber. Surrounding Greenery tiles are converted to Beach. Requires a temperature above 15°C.
Mangroves		Tropical		Build a Salinator in a Wetland. Surrounding Wetland tiles are converted to Mangroves. Requires a temperature above 20°C.
Tropical Forest		Tropical		Build multiple Shadecloth Pillars around an escarpment.
Coral Reef		Tropical		Deploy a Coral Lab into an Invalid option defined. via the Monorail. Requires humidity above 50%.
Lake Vegetation		Tropical		Build a Percolotrium.
Boreal Forest		Polar		Build an Arboretum on special squares of Ash. Note: Unlike regular Forest, you cannot use the Solar Amplifier to burn Boreal Forest.
Tundra		Polar		Build a Biodome on an Irrigator. Needs elevation. Cannot be too humid.
Lichen		Polar		Build a Algae Greenhouse on an Irrigator. Surrounding Rock tiles are converted.
Kelp Forest		Polar		Deploy a Algae Greenhouse into an Invalid option defined. via the Monorail.
Lagoon		Continental		Build a Thalassic Purifier in an enclosed area of water.
Bamboo		Continental		Build a Bamboo Nursery on a Skycraper Frame
Sunflowers		Continental		Build a Heliocage.
Deciduous Forest		Continental		Build a Conservatory on a Toxin Scrubber.
