The Hydroponium is a building in Terra Nil it is the only building that replaces a functioning building you've placed, you can only place it on the Irrigator if it is within 5 tiles of any source of Water tiles. It turns the nearby Greenery tiles and Wasteland into Wetland tiles.
The Hydroponium is part of the Tier 2 buildings.
