The Pound Lock is a building in Terra Nil, it can only be placed on a Waterfall tile as it aids the Recycling Drone in traveling through elevation to collect recycled materials from Silos with the aid of the Loading Docks. The Pound Lock is part of the Tier 3 Buildings.

Pound locks can only be recycled by loading docks placed at the lower elevation. Recycling silos will recycle a pound lock regardless of elevation.
