The Sand Helix is a building in Terra Nil that removes sand from the top-layer of tiles in a radius of 140+ tiles. They can only be placed on sand tiles, The Sand Helix is part of the Tier 1 Buildings in any of the Arid region levels.
Unlike other buildings, the Sand Helix is the only building that can be placed on sand tiles in the Arid region. They can only convert sand tiles into Soil tiles, Sand Helixes can be placed next to each other, but they won't convert tiles any further than the radius of the other Sand Helix.
