The Radial Excavator is a Tier 2 Building in Terra Nil.
Usage
The Radial excavator excavates a 4 tiles ring around it in a 2 tiles range, creating lake and causing fissures to erupt. You can then move the excavator with a Monorail to deposit the excavated earth elsewhere as a 6 tiles radius circle.
