The Water Pump is a building in Terra Nil that fills nearby Dry Riverbed with Water tiles with a range over 150+ tiles, which increases with elevation. They can only be build on dry riverbed and pump up water that fills all connected dry riverbeds. They require power to work. The Water Pump is part of the Tier 1 Buildings.
